Hermes Silk!

I stopped at the Hermes store at Heathrow Airport in July. I was just passing through London headed home from an amazing trip to France.
 Lyon, France is the silk capital! I had just taken a tour of the silk factory.  The silk in Lyon was no bargain. The prices at the Hermes store were also not in my budget! Those scarfs start at $350.00.

One week later I found my Hermes scarf in the $1.99 bin at GW in Raleigh. Now that's PERFECT!
Life is good!

                  I bought the dishes in the UK while I was still employeed by American Airlines. Now, years later I pick up the cannisters at GW for $11.00! I was thrilled. I still love the pattern. 

Antique brass bed
