Stage the Porch!

Life gets a bit crazy in the Spring! I'm listing homes far and wide. This special town home is in Chapel Hill. Yes,that's my funiture and accesories! I also bought the flowering plants for front steps and back deck.
It's a must when I say, "Show Time"! The photographer did a great job! There are already 2 showings scheduled. This is a HOT Area in Chapel Hill! It will be gone and I'll be moving the furniture again.
This is why I'm constantly buying Wrought Iron! Let me know if you see some. I have another set in Rolesville and plenty on my deck.

Habitat Restore

Lighting fixtures at the Habitat Restore. This one is at the Raleigh store for $350.00. I recently spent time at a lighting place in Cary w/my buyers. They are building a home in the area and working w/their lighting allowance thats included in their contract price. I saw several of the same lights at Habitat! Shocking to see these prices.My favorite designer just picked up a few lights at Habitat for her new mountain home. She knows where to shop!

Entertainment Center

I see a lot of these lately. I guess w/ the flat screen folks are donating the entertainment centers. This was very expensive in it's day. Now GW has it priced at $79.00. Let me know if your looking for one. I'll call you when I see one that's SPECIAL!

Secretary Desk

This is a beauty! I wish I had room for it. I don't so I walked on by. The price $299.00. It might still be there in the am. The "pickers" are there when the door opens.This store is at 401 and New Hope Church in Raleigh,NC.

Butterfly

I just wish the photo did it justice! This has been knitted, REALLY! The colors are beautiful. I can't imagine counting the stitches. What talent! The frame, of course, custom.
You'll just have to stop by and see it hanging in my hallway.

Handcrafted, very old! There were only 3 of them but what treasures. The grain in the wood was a treat. I don't see things like this very often. Yes, look closer...$10.00
 This GW is near 10/10 and Kildare.  My buyer's new home construction is so close! I'll be here again soon!

Pillows to STAGE!

Building the Staging Inventory for Spring Listings. The phone is ringing. New listings will soon hit the MLS. Pillows seem like such a small thing. They can add that "Pop" of color to any room.
The red ones are outdoor. That's exciting. So many homes I list need just a little patio/deck "splash".
I found all of these at the Wakefield GW for $8.00.Three are April Cornell...that's FUN!
