I see a lot of these lately. I guess w/ the flat screen folks are donating the entertainment centers. This was very expensive in it's day. Now GW has it priced at $79.00. Let me know if your looking for one. I'll call you when I see one that's SPECIAL!

This is a beauty! I wish I had room for it. I don't so I walked on by. The price $299.00. It might still be there in the am. The "pickers" are there when the door opens.This store is at 401 and New Hope Church in Raleigh,NC.

Butterfly

I just wish the photo did it justice! This has been knitted, REALLY! The colors are beautiful. I can't imagine counting the stitches. What talent! The frame, of course, custom.
You'll just have to stop by and see it hanging in my hallway.

Handcrafted, very old! There were only 3 of them but what treasures. The grain in the wood was a treat. I don't see things like this very often. Yes, look closer...$10.00
 This GW is near 10/10 and Kildare.  My buyer's new home construction is so close! I'll be here again soon!

Pillows to STAGE!

Building the Staging Inventory for Spring Listings. The phone is ringing. New listings will soon hit the MLS. Pillows seem like such a small thing. They can add that "Pop" of color to any room.
The red ones are outdoor. That's exciting. So many homes I list need just a little patio/deck "splash".
I found all of these at the Wakefield GW for $8.00.Three are April Cornell...that's FUN!

Vintage Piece

OK this is the week!. Today is the end for donations! The GW parking lots are full. This treasure was seen on Old Wake Forest GW yesterday for $95.00. Someone will paint that and resell it for $225.00 or more.
If you are looking for items you'll be at the door when it opens or near the end of the day when they restock.

Just another run through! This beauty was $79.00! I bet their some folks in Historic Oakwood that would pay that and more!!
This is the time of year to scope it out. Remember when your dropping off for a last minute tax write off so is the rest of the town. I've seen amazing things this last week. This was at GW on 401 and New Hope Church...don't bother, I'm sure its gone now.
